Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site (“adeenkra.com"). The products purchased on adeenkra.com are directly sold by ADEENKRA with registered office in Abidjan at Rue Thomas Edisson 15 – Abidjan 01 BP 1569, business register number, tax code and VAT number CI-ABJ-2018-A-17777. Any access and/or use of the www.adeenkra.com website implies compliance with all the provisions of these general conditions and their acceptance.
They therefore constitute a contract between Adeenkra and the User/Customer.

Purchases of Products on the Site are reserved for individuals who are not acting in the course of their professional activity, over the age of 18 and in full legal capacity. The site does not allow the purchase of products for resale. 
Any order of a product offered on the site implies the User's full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

References such as "the Vendor" "We" or "Us" in these T&Cs refer to ADEENKRA, and any reference to "you" "your" or "the Customer" refers to you as a user or customer of the Website. 


1.1 The Vendor offers products for sale on adeenkra.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers".

1.2 "Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes, which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on adeenkra.com.

1.3 The Vendor reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with the Vendor's business policy.

1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on adeenkra.com between the users of adeenkra.com and ADEENKRA. 

1.5 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties that are on adeenkra.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party's terms and conditions, since the Vendor shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of adeenkra.com and third


2.1 The Vendor does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

2.2 The main characteristics of products are shown on adeenkra.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on adeenkra.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

2.3 Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

2.5 Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, the Vendor has the right to not accept returned products that are returned without the original packaging, tags and any accompanying accessories or that has been altered from their original status or damaged.

2.6 The items visible on the site are available while stocks last. In the event of a debit or collection for an unavailable item, ADEENKRA undertakes to offer a credit note or refund the customer within 14 days. ADEENKRA undertakes to notify by e-mail the customer who has placed an order for an unavailable item.


3.1 Upon arrival in your Country the contents of your order may be subject to Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.), which are responsibility of the customer receiving the order. These fees are not under the Vendor's control. For this reason we recommend you verify with your local Customs office before you place an order. The Vendor is unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please contact your local authorities or Customs office for detailed information.

3.2 Both the item prices as well as the shipping charges you pay to We do NOT include Customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

3.3 Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the Customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the Vendor and we will be charged the Customs fees plus return shipping costs. If you receive your order and accept to pay the Customs fees upon delivery, the Vendor will not issue refunds for the same in case of return of the purchased products.

3.4 Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delays please check with your local Customs offices. The invoice for the Customs fees could arrive weeks after you receive your order, separately from the same.


4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. 

4.2 In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by the Vendor except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually shipped. 


We prepare and ship your packages within a week (excluding weekends and public holidays). The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the package is dispatched and will receive the order tracking number to be kept informed of the correct delivery of the package.

The products purchased by the customer are generally delivered between 2 to 8 working days. In all cases the products are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of full payment.


6.1 We do not provide refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. You may return products purchased from Us within fourteen (14) days from receiving the products purchased on adeenkra.com in order to proceed to exchange.

6.2 To return products it is necessary to contact us by email on: info@adeenkra.com

6.3 The products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you. 

6.4 You can ship your returns to the Vendor with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. We recommend that you consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documents are sufficient. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. The Vendor therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace the delivery at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received your order.

6.5 The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described at par. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met: 

  • the products must not have been used, washed or damaged; 
  • the products must be returned in their original packaging, tags and any accompanying accessories;
  • the products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you.

6.6 If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, we shall exchange it.

6.7 The Vendor shall exchange the product purchased only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to the Vendor, such as when the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.

6.8 The Vendor shall exchange the product purchased as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which We became aware of your decision to exercise your return right. After having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, We will promptly start the exchange procedure.

6.9 In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be entitled to exchange; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to the Vendor. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to the Vendor, We shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received.


7.1 After the products have been returned, We shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated above. When the Vendor is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, We shall send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned products and proceed to exchange.


8.1 The personal data that ADEENKRA Store collects is that provided by you to us when finalizing an order and purchasing goods, and those that we collect as you browse or use the services offered by Adeenkra.com. ADEENKRA Store can collect data about you, such as personal details like name and surname, shipping and billing address, browsing data and your purchase habits.
Your Personal Data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • conclude and execute the purchase contract for the articles offered on Adeenkra.com;
  • provide you with adeenkra.com services such as subscription for the newsletter; 
  • allow the registration on the Site and the use of services reserved for registered users; 
  • manage your requests to our Customer Care.

In the aforementioned cases, the processing of your personal data is legitimate as it is necessary to execute a contract with you or to provide you with the service you have specifically requested. We also conduct statistical surveys and analyses of data in aggregate form to understand how users interact with and use the site, to improve our offering and services. 
Only with your prior consent, we process your personal data to:

  • perform commercial and promotional communication activities;
  • customize the Site based on your interests.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Ivorian law and in particular by Ivorian legislative non-distance contracts and legislative decree on certain aspects related to e-commerce.


The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on adeenkra.com.
