What are the shipping times for orders?

We prepare and ship your packages within a week (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How to track the delivery of your orders?

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped. You will then be able to track your order via the DHL tracking number provided. 

What are the shipping costs and delays?
We provide free shipping worldwide. 
The products purchased by the customer are generally delivered between 2 to 8 working days depending on your location. 

Are returns available?

We do not provide refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. We shall exchange the product purchased only if the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects or
have been erroneously delivered. You may return the product to proceed to exchange at your own cost within 14 days of purchase.

What are the conditions for returning ADEENKRA?
Returns for exchange are available within 14 days of purchase. 
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags,  packaging and any accompanying accessories included otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange.

How to use the gift card?

When purchasing an ADEENKRA gift card, you will have the possibility to schedule it to be sent to the email address of your choice. You can also download it in PDF format. The gift card is valid on all the ADEENKRA catalogue including promotional items. The amount may be used in whole or in part. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be mentioned on the pdf of the gift card.
